- During the first period, we regularly lost the puck at neutral ice. After that, we improved and protected possession in the attacking zone, and we scored in the third period immediately after we conceded.

- Why were the closing stages of the third period so difficult?

- The price of a mistake was high. No one wanted to take a risk, so it was difficult to move out of our own zone. We couldn't really clear the puck effectively.

- It seemed as though CSKA and Metallurg competed in the same manner against SKA.

- I wouldn't compare those two teams, they play a different brand of ice hockey. Both game were tough for us.

- Did Metallurg surprise you?

- No, they played as we expected them to.

- Are you surprised that Metallurg are outside of the KHL Gagarin Cup playoff zone?

- We had a series of defeats, and Metallurg had a number of losses at the start of the season. However, they are now gradually fixing the situation. I think that everyone will be where they should be in the end.

- SKA have experienced powerplay problems throughout the entire regular season so far.

- Probably, we aren't shooting enough. You can't score if you don't shoot.
