Vityaz - SKA. Press-conference

HC SKA head coach Sergei Zubov:
- Overall it was a good game for us. I want to congratulate our guys with a tough win. We showed our character in the key moments, took out tempo up and got the result.
- Did you rest your team leaders such as Ilya Kovalchuk, Maxim Chudinov and Mikko Koskinen because you are playing HC CSKA Moscow on Friday? And what happened to Dinar Khafizullin today?
- Yes, we have squad rotation, and we gave our leaders a rest. About Dinar, then everything will be fine.
- Why did you begin the game poorly?
- I wouldn't say that we started badly, we conceded goals, but we were a bit nervous. Nevertheless we had desire, and they did a great job of turning the situation around.
- With the game against CSKA in mind, what would have been better today? A comfortable win, or a tight game like it turned out?
- Who have we been playing against today, CSKA? We live from day to day, tomorrow we will begin to prepare for the next game.
HC Vityaz Podolsk interim head coach Ravil Yakubov:
- I have no problems with my players' commitment, but I have questions for their discipline. We are making these mistakes every game - conceding goals in the final seconds of periods. We should not be letting in goals like that. We had a good first period, we stuck to the game plan. However, after SKA scored their first goal we lost our way - I don't know why. SKA let us play, but we lost because of our own mistakes.
- Why wasn't Harri Sateri in the line-up?
- He's injured.
