Vyacheslav Voynov: "There are things to work over"

- What emotions do you have from your first match in a year?
- I feel great, nothing hurts and I had time to prepare. I lack game practice, but with such teammates it's easy to find your game.
- This was your first match on large ice for a number of years. Did you expect to feel the boards behind you at some points?
- Yes, I had that feeling. The ice is wide, and as a result you need to concentrate on some moments. Sometimes I had skated so far ahead that I didn't manage to get back in time.
- Did the coaches help you with that?
- I understand it all myself. I have been keeping up with SKA's and other clubs' results right from the season's start. I should speak with the coaches about tactics, but prepare for games myself.
- Are you satisfied with your debut?
- You can say that I am pleased, but there are things to work over.
- And what are those things?
- I need game practice and to get used to the wide ice.
- How has the team welcomed you?
- Very well! The team is great.
- You have already felt the Ice Palace's atmosphere when watching in the stands. How did you feel playing?
- To be honest, the feelings were better when I was watching. On the ice I am completely focused on my game, although when there are breaks I look around me. The fans support us really well, especially during the last few minutes. This victory is down to them too.
