HC SKA head coach Andrei Nazarov:

- I am satisfied with the three points. I would have wanted us to keep control of the game better, and this is something which we are working over. It's a good away win, and we'll now prepare for the next game.

- There have been a lot of problems with SKA recently. Are you not worried about losing your job?

- Any coach has to be prepared to be sacked. I can only worry about the fixtures that we have, and I am pleased with today's victory.

- What is wrong with Vadim Shipachyov? He isn't playing like he did last season.

- We are talking with Vadim. Every player finds it tough after a great season, teams are playing more aggressively against him. I think that he needs to play in a more simple manner, and he is still young.

- How did Ilya Kovalchuk play with Evgeny Dadonov and Vadim Shipachyov?

- Can I not answer that question?

- There is a feeling that some of your players don't want to play for you. Would you agree with that?

- I have heard this question constantly during the last three months. Most of the players had a great campaign last season, and they are trying for their team and family.

HC Spartak Moscow head coach German Titov:

- The guys tried hard and fought. We kept in the game during the first two periods, but SKA got better in the third. Nevertheless I am thankful to our guys for this match, although our discipline let us down. We took three penalties in the third frame, and I don't understand how we could have wanted to get back in it playing a man down. With such discipline we won't go far.

- Vyacheslav Ipatov scored two goals for your farm club Khimik. Will you recall him to the first team?

- Let's not compare the VHL and KHL. We'll have a discussion with the coaches, however two goals does not guarantee you a place in the first team. Nevertheless maybe he will draw confidence from his goals, he's lacked it during the last few games.

- Are you going to bring anyone up to the first team?

- Yes, someone who was born in 1997, You will know his name in the next game against Ak Bars.

- Did you pick Evgeny Ivannikov as a result of his playing experience for SKA?

- No, he was scheduled to play in net today. He needs match practice. However, I did hope that the fact that he played in Saint Petersburg would play a factor in today's result. He didn't play badly, I think that our outfield players were to blame for the goals.

- Are you talking about SKA's first goal too?

- Charles Genoway scored that one (his penalty lead up to the goal). He scored twice today: once in his own net, and once in SKA's. Yaroslav Dyblenko also scored an own goal.
