HC SKA head coach Andrei Nazarov:

- I want to congratulate our guys with the win. It was a tough game against a strong opponent. We had analysed how Slovan play, and we know that they played well in the past three matches. Some things worked out, others not. Overall I enjoyed the game. We were a bit lucky, but we will take this luck with us and move on.

HC Slovan Bratislava head coach Miloš Říha:

- It's hard for me to sum up today's game. We were playing with a strong opponent. We improved in the second period, but in the third we looked tired. Unfortunately we made a mistake for their second game. Probably we were lacking confidence today.
