Slovan - SKA - 0:7

In the club's maiden KHL World Games match, SKA faced HC Slovan Bratislava in the Austrian capital of Vienna, earning an emphatic 7:0 victory.

Previously, Slovan had been thrashed by CSKA Moscow 0:9 in Vienna, meaning the Slovakians were short of confidence. Nevertheless, SKA showed no mercy, knocking seven past the hapless goalkeeper Jakub Stepanek to comfortably register an important three points in the 2018/2019 KHL regular season table.

Patrik Hersley opened the scoring in the first period, before Jarno Koskiranta and Sergei Plotnikov netted from close range in the second to increase the lead to three. In the mood for more, our players continued piling the pressure on Slovan in the third frame, as Dinar Khafizullin, Andrei Kuzmenko, Sergei Plotnikov and Oleg Li hit the jackpot to secure the 7:0 victory!
