Four goals power SKA to victory in Minsk!

26 December 2025

SKA made the perfect start to the concluding road trip of the calendar year, earning an impressive 4:1 away triumph at Dinamo Minsk!

Predictably, the in-form hosts competed with the initiative for the vast majority of the 60 minutes, but SKA displayed excellent game management and ruthlessness in front of goal to tally two important points.

Our players quickly took charge of the game with two markers in the first frame, with Brendan Leipsic and Matvei Polyakov both getting the better of Zach Fucale.

Mikhail Vorobyov then increased our lead to three in the 28th minute, tapping home from a tight angle when receiving an intelligent pass from Danila Galenyuk.

Minsk did claw one back midway through the third stanza with Sam Anas hitting the jackpot on the powerplay after Fucale had already been pulled for the extra skater.

SKA weathered the storm, though, and sealed the deal with a late empty-netter from Vorobyov.

Our team will now prepare to face Sochi away on Sunday. Puck-drop is scheduled for 17:00 local time.
