HC Spartak Moscow head coach Vadim Epanchintsev:

- We were well beaten today, SKA outshot us 40-16. The only thing which we can take away from this game is our special teams performance and the goal on the powerplay. I congratulate SKA with their victory.

HC SKA head coach Oleg Znarok:

- It was a good match. We had lost twice to Spartak at home, we wanted to put that right.

- During the break for the KHL All-Star Weekend, what did SKA do?

- The movement was good today, because we worked hard during the break. Not a lot of SKA players went to the All-Star Game. We had a day off, before spending a few training sessions in the gym. We won't have any more breaks, so we took advantage of this one.
