Nikolai Puchkov Tournament. SKA - Sochi. Press-conference

HC SKA head coach Roman Rotenberg:

- It was an excellent match against a strong, quick team. We played with a yunger team today. Initially, we had wanted to display determined ice hockey, but we struggled in the opening stanza. Nevertheless, the guys improved in the second and third periods. I would like to congratulate the players with the victory, and thank the fans for their superb support. We're looking forward to our next game on Friday, which will be against a team which displays a different brand of ice hockey. Ivan Zinchenko? We're planning on using him a lot during the campaign, and today he scored a goal of very high quality. Vladimir Alistrov is in good form? We can see just how much he's progressing, in this match he displayed leadership qualities, determination and character. The same can be said for all of our guys.

HC Sochi head coach Dmitry Kokarev:

- I was happy with how we competed in the first period. However, we took far too many penalties in the second which cost us. Mikhail Berdin was impressive in our net? We haven't yet decided on who will be our starting goalkeeper for the upcoming campaign, that's a decision which we will make before the KHL begins.
