HC Slovan Bratislava head coach Vladimir Orszagh:

- I think we started well in the first period. We took the lead, but in the next shift, SKA scored a goal. After you have scored, the next few shifts are very important. Unfortunately, this happened in this previous game as well. We played well in the first half of the match, we had some quality chances and powerplay opportunities. However, if you want to beat a team like SKA, you have to score more than one goal. It's very difficult against SKA when they are in front. They controlled the rest of the match.

HC SKA head coach Ilya Vorobyov:

- The start wasn't great, but we got into the match, took the initiative and won confidently.

- Is Andrei Kuzmenko fine after the Russian national team match against Finland?

- Yes, as you can see we simply gave some of the national team guys a rest. Andrei is fine.

- Was it difficult to prepare the team for this match? Some of the players were with the national team, while others only trained.

- Yes, this was the situation. Nevertheless, apart from the opening minutes, we coped with the situation well. We carry on working.
