SKA - Severstal

SKA - Severstal - 5:2

22 November 2019

Following three wins on the Far Eastern trip, SKA claimed another important victory in the 2019/2020 KHL regular season on Friday, earning an emphatic 5:2 win at the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace.

Severstal recovered from an early Andrei Kuzmenko goal to equalise. Nevertheless, SKA quickly got back on their game, with Anton Burdasov giving the team a second lead when his shot was inadvertently deflected in by a Severstal defenseman.

Sergei Plotnikov, Evgeny Ketov and Andrei Kuzmenko scored further goals to secure the victory. Severstal registered a second marker in the latter stages.

SKA will next play against HC Kunlun Red Star on November 25 in Saint Petersburg.
