HC SKA head coach Roman Rotenberg:

- We're really happy to play at home in front of our supporters again. Our task was to win this game at any cost. After such a tough away trip, we found it really difficult. I'm satisfied with how we competed in defence, the guys gave everything for the team. Nikita Gusev? Moving forward, we will see the best Gusev on the ice! Our goal is to ensure that all of our players are in peak form for the Gagarin Cup playoffs. Naturally, we are very happy that we have won the Continental Cup, but we now have to be ready for the next stage of the competition. We will continue working hard.

HC Sibir Novosibirsk head coach Andrei Martemyanov:

- First of all, I would like to congratulate SKA with their triumph in the regular season. It was an even game today, but we couldn't take advantage of the scoring opportunities which we managed to create. Some of our players were ruled out of the match, however I am grateful to the guys who could play.

HC SKA defenseman Alexander Nikishin:

- The first period was the most dynamic. Both teams took penalties in the second, before caution was the priority in the third. The main thing is that we won. We're champions of the regular season? Let's just say that it's the first small step towards our main goal.

HC SKA defenseman Stepan Falkovsky:

- It was a good game, the most important thing is that we emerged victorious. The playoffs? We aren't going to choose who we play against! We know that several teams are fighting to qualify for the playoffs.
