SKA - Metallurg Magnitogorsk. Press-conference

HC Metallurg Magnitogorsk head coach Ilya Vorobyov:
- Not many teams have taken points against SKA this season. We were even a bit better than SKA today, but we conceded a couple of strange goals. The guys showed character by making it a tied game. At the end of the match, we were lacking a bit of energy and had to play on the penalty kill.
- Yaroslav Kosov played in the first line, but he was then replaced by Igor Grigorenko. Why?
- I wasn't happy with the performance. He received a big hit from Andrei Zubarev in the first shift, and while he was recovering, someone had to play in the first line.
- How is Matt Ellison?
- He felt ill, so he couldn't play.
HC SKA head coach Oleg Znarok:
- It was a good game between two strong opponents. We're satisfied that we have two points from this match. We will prepare for the next game.
- Did SKA have special motivation to play CSKA Moscow and Metallurg Magnitogorsk?
- No, not really. Every match is serious. In all of the games, our opponents are pumped up to play us. We have to play at 100%.
- For this game, did you think about the 2016/2017 KHL Gagarin Cup final?
- No.
- Alexander Guskov stated that SKA are only playing at 70%.
- He seems to know better.
- Sergei Korobov was the back-up netminder instead of Mikko Koskinen.
- Mikko has a cold.
