SKA - Jokerit. Press-conference

HC Jokerit Helsinki head coach Jukka Jalonen:

- I am really satisfied, it was an excellent match for us. We beat the best team in the league. Even when we were losing 0:2, the team kept on fighting. We managed to peg SKA back and even go ahead. At the start of the second period, we took advantage of our chances in attack. I am pleased that we scored twice against such a great team like SKA in the third period at equal strength.

- After SKA's first goal, you wanted to speak with the referee.

- I tried to have a conversation, but he wouldn't talk to me. I wanted to sort out some issues.

- How do you keep beating SKA?

- There isn't an secret. Probably, SKA didn't perform that well against us. We have more problems against teams at the bottom of the table.

- You weren't happy with Ilya Kovalchuk after he scored.

- I didn't speak about anything with Ilya, he simply started celebrating his goals in front of our bench. We had some issues about that.

HC SKA head coach Oleg Znarok:

- I congratulate the opponents with their victory. We played terribly in defence, this explains everything.

- Mikko Koskinen cannot beat Jokerit. Does he show his patriotic feelings against them?

- Maybe, I don't know. Our goalkeeper coach decides which netminder will play, we have a special plan displaying which games they will play.

- Jokerit played a rough game.
