HC Jokerit Helsinki head coach Jukka Jalonen:

- Congratulations to SKA for the victory. Today, there was one good team on the ice - SKA, and one bad team - Jokerit. SKA played well, while we were bad. On the other hand, I'm happy that our penalty kill worked.

- Did you have any special emotions after returning to the Ice Palace?

- We played here in August. It's always great to play here. Before the game, I was in an excellent mood, but now it's awful.

- Jokerit have dropped a lot of defeats recently. Why?

- I am not prepared to comment on the previous four matches. Today, SKA were strong, it's always difficult to play against them.

HC SKA head coach Oleg Znarok:

- Thank you for the congratulations. Our powerplay has not been working for a long time, we can only hope that it will improve in the future. It's good that we are scoring at equal strength. We've got a tough stretch of games at the moment, we're playing every two days. We will prepare for the next match.

- All four lines are scoring. How much does this please you?

- Of course it's pleasing. When you have a good team, it should be like this. We are preparing for the playoffs.

- In August, you lost to Jokerit. What was the difference today?

- Back in the summer, the players were feeling the effects of training. I have already spoken about the fact that we don't win pre-season tournaments, we always focus on getting ready for the championship.

- Speak about Igor Shestyorkin. He has set a new club record.

- What can I say? Well done. I don't follow records.

- Are you not afraid that the team has peaked too early?

- We trained hard in the summer, we have a large squad. All of our players burn with desire to compete, it makes it tough to select the team for matches.
