HC Dynamo Moscow head coach Harijs Vītoliņš:

- I congratulate Saint Petersburg with the victory. I enjoyed the game today. We created a lot of chances, and we could have increased our advantage. We missed our opportunities, and when you don't score, the opponents do for you. The goals that we conceded were unnecessary. I repeat that we needed to increase our advantage to win the game. We tried, fought, and the game was exciting.

- Why didn't Konstantin Gorovikov play in the third period?

- I didn't like how he was playing.

- We want to win every game, it doesn't matter what day it is. The guys gave everything, but we couldn't take any points away from this game.

- Three of your young players played on the powerplay.

- The guys deserved that, they proved that we can rely on them. They helped to score on the powerplay, and I let them play when it was six on five. They are improving, and created a lot of chances.

HC SKA interim head coach Sergei Zubov:

- I agree with my colleague, and I thank Dynamo for a good game. The game had even chances for both teams. Both clubs had a lot of opportunities, but we were more lucky. I want to thank my team, they stood up to the task and helped our goaltender when it was needed.

- How would you rate Mikko Koskinen's performance? And are you satisfied with the championship's break?

- Yes, I am satisfied. I am pleased with the result, just like all of the team. About Mikko - he played on his level and proved to himself that he can play this well every game.

- How would you rate Vyacheslav Voynov's debut?

- I think that he played at his level. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that he has potential and I want him to play better in the upcoming matches. Slava is a great player, and it's just a matter of time before he gains mutual understanding with his teammates. He has been training with the team for a decent amount of time, and it's not hard to find out how to play with him.

- What is going wrong with Vadim Shipachyov? He made a lot of mistakes and lost the puck often.

- You can say that it's tiredness, but in the required moments he won important faceoffs and blocked shots.

- How is Evgeny Ketov?

- We will find out tomorrow if he can play in the next fixture.

- Will Evgeny Artyukhin and Alexei Ponikarovsky sit on the sidelines for a long time? And will Anton Burdasov stay in the fourth line?
