- It was a very tough series for us. Dinamo Minsk are strong opponents, they like to put the emphasis on their attacking play. We're happy that we clinched the series today to progress to the next round.

- Why did you put Magnus Hellberg in net today? Are you happy with his performance?

- Magnus produced a good performance, he was solid in the key moments.

- Was this a complete performance from SKA?

- We played in a more aggressive manner, but we did concede avoidable goals.

- What are your plans for the upcoming days?

- The players will be given some days off. After that, we will subsequently begin working and preparing for Dynamo Moscow.

- How close was today's performance to the model of game which you want to see?

- We've tried out different models. Today, we decided to compete in a more aggressive manner. I think that we will continue in this manner.

- Do you have a plan concerning your goalkeepers?

- Our goalkeeping coach is working with the goaltenders. The player in the best condition will start the next series.

- Emil Galimov was a key figure for SKA today. Was this because he had his usual visor back?

- No, I don't think so. Emil is a brave, strong player, he knew that this was the decisive game. I am really happy with his showing.

- Why did SKA concede two goals within a minute at the start of the third period?

- The first goal was shorthanded, before they scored the second on the counter-attack.

- What did you say to the players before overtime started?

- It was calm inside the dressing room. We made some changes to the line-up.

- Why didn't Vladimir Tkachyov play?

- We gave him a rest.

- What are your thoughts after the standard of refereeing in this series?

- I never speak about those things.

- Of course, we are upset with this result, there are tears in the dressing room. However, I am so proud of my players for how they fought and competed on the ice. We played great. The guys showed what they are capable of. SKA are a high-class team with a long bench, but we proved that we're not worse than them. We had chances in overtime today. This season, we have reminded everyone of Dinamo Minsk. We need to be happy with what we achieved.
