SKA - Dynamo Moscow. Press-conference of game six

HC Dynamo Moscow head coach Sergei Oreshkin:

- There's not a lot to say. I congratulate SKA with their victory and with their overall win in the series. Some things didn't work out for us, and we will analyse everything in detail later. Thank you to the board for giving me the time here, and thanks also go to our players and fans. We are not satisfied, as we had the chance to qualify for the next round. However, we showed that there are a lot of talented young players in Russia, and that they need to be trusted.

- After winning game three, Dynamo stopped playing aggressive hockey. Was this because of not wanting to take penalties?

- We had problems psychologically. Nevertheless, everyone tried hard.

- Can you say that you have lost to one SKA line?

- Of course not. Count how many Russian national team players they have.

Sergei Zubov: - The whole team worked to draw penalties out of the opponents.

HC SKA head coach Sergei Zubov:

- Thank you to Dynamo for a good series. Also, thanks go to our fans for the support not only today, but during the whole of the series. Today we were patient, and waited for our chance. After going ahead, we didn't want to give our advantage away.

- Dynamo attacked dangerously today, and had Maxim Karpov scored in the first period, it could have been a different story.

- We knew that Dynamo would take their tempo up, and we tried to be ready for this. In the first period, we weren't on our game. In the second period we fixed the situation, and kept the winning score.

- SKA have not been favourites against Lokomotiv or Dynamo. Does this matter to you at all?

- It's not important. We prepare to play any opponent. CSKA are a strong team, they finished in first place in the KHL regular season. Nothing has changed, we will prepare.

- Are you prepared to play in the same manner like in the CSKA - Torpedo series?

- I didn't follow that series. We'll see.
