HC Avangard Omsk head coach Evgeny Kornoukhov:

- We won this game in the second period. In the third we played to keep the score the same. The last few minutes of the game were tough for us, and I am thankful to the guys for their commitment. They played for each other with a hot heart. Maybe we got a bit lucky too. It's a team's victory today.

HC SKA head coach Sergei Zubov:

- I congratulate the opponents with the win, they deservedly won. They were patient. We were slightly unlucky, but we need to work and tomorrow we will analyse our mistakes.

- You made a lot of changes before the game with Vityaz, and today turned them around back to normal. Why did you do that?

- We're trying to find out what is our optimal line-up. Each match is against a new opponent, and we are still searching for out best system.

- Are you satisfied with the team's physical state?

- Yes. I am not pleased with the commitment, but physically we are fine.

- The next match against Andrei Nazarov's Barys promises to be interesting. Will SKA get pumped up in some special way?

- SKA prepare for any game the same way, no matter who we are playing against.

- Are Evgeny Ketov and Dinar Khafizullin out for a long time?

- We have a long bench, and there are players who can compensate for their loss.
