- It's great that we saved the match when 1:5 down. Slowly, we are creating a top team which tries until the end. Despite the loss on penalty shots, it's a victory of courage and character. I am thankful.

- The guys know what to do. For the Ak Bars powerplay, I won't blame Evgeny Ketov - he hadn't played for two matches, and had too many emotions.

- Why didn't Mikko Koskinen play, and where was Pavel Datsyuk in the penalty shootout?

- My goalkeeping coach has been working with me for eight years, he makes those decisions and I trust him. Before the shootout, Pavel told me that he couldn't take one.
