Nikita Popugayev: "It's a big honour for me to join SKA"

HC SKA forward Nikita Popugayev:

- Please share your emotions from joining SKA.

- It's fantastic! SKA is a great club. Our task is to win the Gagarin Cup, nothing less. It's a big honour to sign for such a large organisation.

- Do you already know some of SKA's players?

- Yes, some of them I've known since childhood, Danila Moiseev for example. I started the season with Vasily Glotov in Sochi, I played with Dmitrij Jaskin for Dynamo Moscow and with Igor Ozhiganov for CSKA Moscow.

- When did you find out that you were moving to SKA?

- At nine in the morning. I immediately stated that I was ready!

- Is it one of the biggest events in your career so far?

- Certainly! Thank you to Sochi for helping me to start the season so well and earn a move to SKA, they gave me a chance.
