HC SKA head coach Oleg Znarok:

- It was an interesting game. After the international breaks, we always find it tough. The players worked hard at the training camp. I am happy that we won.

- Has the team been knocked out of its shape?

- As I have already said, we always find it hard going after the international break. Also, we let six players who played for the national team have a rest.

- Rate how Dmitry Yudin and Vyacheslav Voynov played.

- They did well, Vyacheslav dished out an assist.

- Were you ready for the new overtime format?

- We practiced it at our last training session.

HC Lada Tolyatti head coach Artis Abols:

- The second goal conceded is my fault - we should have played more cleverly against SKA's powerplay, it's my mistake that we gave them so much space. Overall, the guys did a good job, they gave what they could. After the second period, I told the players that SKA are taking advantage of our mistakes. We gifted them odd man rushes. It's unacceptable to lose the puck on the blue line. I think that the fans enjoyed the game and that we took one point from SKA.

- Speak about why Gleb Koryagin, Anton Shenfeld and Kristaps Sotnieks didn't play.

- Just like SKA, we didn't let six players compete, albeit for different reasons. Anton and Kristaps are ill. Gleb is one of three injured players.

- What do you think about 3-on-3 overtime?

- We spent one training session getting to grips with it. Control of the puck is really important, you can't make silly passes.
