HC SKA head coach Sergei Zubov:

- It was a good, emotional game. We created a lot of chances. Both teams played to win, and we were a bit unlucky especially without goalscoring opportunities. Thank you to our guys for trying.

- SKA will play with Lokomotiv in the KHL Gagarin Cup playoffs. What do you think about that?

- You don't choose your opponents in the playoffs. We will prepare.

- Why didn't the team's leaders play?

- They are fine, we simply opted for such a line-up. Today everyone tried hard, they were committed.

- Will we see Andrei Zubarev and Evgeny Ketov in Yaroslavl?

- Both have upper body injuries. Hopefully they will be ready for the first game.

- Are Dinamo Riga one of your most serious opponents?

- Every opponent is the same for us, we play to win.

HC Dinamo Riga head coach Normunds Sējējs:

- It was hard to get our guys pumped up for these last two games. but we really wanted to make the fans happy. We analysed SKA's powerplay well, and our special teams were great. We scored twice on the powerplay, despite it being poor for long periods of the season. Special teams decided this match.

- Did you have a special mind-set for playing SKA?

- No. We simply really wanted to win these games, as we couldn't get into the playoffs. We wanted to finish the season on a high note. Thanks go to the players for performing so well.
