Atlant - SKA. Press-conference

HC SKA head coach Vyacheslav Bykov:

- I would like to congratulate Atlant and my colleague Alexey Kudashov with the victory. It was a tense match, and any mistake would have cost somebody points. Unfortunately we made that mistake, and couldn't come back. I am not going to say anything negative about my team. We have one more match before we prepare for the playoffs.

- The team has lost to Atlant three times this season. What's going on?

- The opponents were more pumped up.

- Is there any motivation to win the silver medals?

- I'm not going to try to be original. Our priority is to win the Gagarin Cup.

- You complained to the referee after Atlant scored. Was it about the uncalled interference call?

- Yes, even you noticed it. The referee told me that nothing happened.

HC Atlant head coach Alexey Kudashov:

- It was a nervy match. Before the third period we told our guys that any error will lead up to goals and losing the game. Our players listened to our words, and finally we have won such a tough game today. We're very satisfied with the result. There was a team who wanted to win, became true men, laid in front of the puck and gave everything to the cause. Thanks to them for that.

- How would you rate your chances of qualifying for the playoffs?

- We will try to do our job. However, not everything depends on us.
