Vyacheslav Bykov: "We did what we needed to do"

- It looked like a tough game for the guys today.

- Yes, it was a very tense and tight game. Everyone saw this for themselves, and big thanks go to our fans for the support. We have done what we needed to do - get the desired result.

- Did Ak Bars play differently in this match?

- They played more aggressively going forward. We expected that though, and when they were pressurizing we tried to play on the counterattack. The main thing is that we got the result.

- What emotions were there on the bench? It seemed as though the team were getting carried away, especially when having six players on the ice.

- In that incident two players didn't communicate with one another. It's emotions, and despite trying we couldn't hold them in on that occasion.. Everyone wants to win, and sometimes losing concentration you make mistakes. We'll look over it, but the players know it themselves.

- Will there be changes to the squad?

- We need to go home, have a rest, and then see who is ready to play.
