Facts of SKA's third loss to CSKA in the knockouts

In 65 matches this season so far, forward Sergei Plotnikov has recorded 50 (18+32) points. Sergei has indeed become only the third SKA player over the age of 35 to record a minimum of 50 points during one single campaign, following in the footsteps of Maxim Sushinsky and Alexei Yashin.

20 (5+15) points in one single KHL season is a personal best for Sergei Sapego.

Fellow defenseman Markus Phillips had never before gained at least 14 (3+11) points in one KHL campaign. Furthermore, his assist in this game was his first in the Gagarin Cup playoffs.

Ignat Lutfullin made his KHL playoff debut, while fellow forward Vladislav Romanov tallied his maiden assist in the competition.

SKA have suffered 60 defeats in 127 league matches against CSKA Moscow. As a consequence of this, CSKA have become the first KHL club to defeat our team at least 60 times.
