Valeri Bragin: "Unlike CSKA, our powerplay didn't work"

HC SKA head coach Valeri Bragin:

- Unlike CSKA, our powerplay didn't work. This is the reason behind this result. We played well, we even had an advantage at times, but these matches happen.

- Vladislav Kamenev decided the outcome of this game. Why did SKA let him go?

- I have already spoken about this topic. We signed new players which we needed. For their part, CSKA wanted a good trade.

- How will you spend the 10-day break?

- We will rest and train.

- Will the likes of Igor Ozhiganov and Anton Burdasov be ready to play again after the upcoming international break?

- We hope so.

- There were five penalties for having too many men on the ice today.

- It was a bit strange. We need to be more careful with our shift changes.

- In comparison to the 2020/2021 KHL Gagarin Cup playoffs, how have CSKA changed?

- They displayed the same ice hockey. CSKA played to win without taking big risks, I didn't see any changes to their approach.

- You often made last-minute changes concerning the defensemen which you were going to send on the ice.

- This depended on the players which CSKA had on the ice at that time.
