Vadim Shipachyov has set a new SKA record for assists!

The KHL Commission have adjusted players' points tallies when looking over match protocols. These changes concern SKA players, as new club records have now been set.
Vadim Shipachyov, who has had an assist added on, has set a new SKA record for the amount of assists in one season. He now has 48 so far this campaign, with 42 coming in the KHL regular season and a further 6 in the Gagarin Cup playoffs. Vadim's record breaking assist came in the fifth game of the series against Dynamo Moscow, as he assisted Yevgeni Dadonov's overtime winner. The previous record was held by Alexey Yashin, as he picked up 47 assists in the 2009/2010 season.
Our team's captain Ilya Kovalchuk has also been given an extra assist back, taking his total up to 150 points (66+84) from 155 SKA appearances. Ilya is only the fifth SKA player to reach that landmark in Russian championships and in the KHL, as he has caught up Maxim Sushinsky, Konstantin Gorovikov, Tony Martensson and Patrick Thoresen.
Jimmie Ericsson and Anton Burdasov have also been credited with an extra assist each.
