- Why was it so difficult to play in Nizhnekamsk?

- Neftekhimik are a good team which skate well. After the outdoor match, we found it difficult in this match, because it was a lot easier to breathe in Helsinki. It's good that we won.

- SKA had a lot of shots before scoring.

- Ilya Ezhov had a great match. It's good that we managed to score in the final moments, Nikolai Prokhorkin scored an important goal and then we got a bit lucky.

- You celebrated your goal emotionally.

- I was happy that we took the lead with 1 minute and 20 seconds remaining.

- Were the final minutes the toughest in the game?

- No, there was a one minute left, and the guys calmly played 5 on 5.

- Ilya Ezhov used to play for SKA. Did this help?

- Ilya played really well, he never gives up. Even if the net is empty, you can't relax because he can jump across to make a save. He is a good goaltender.

- Andrei Nazarov was Severstal's head coach when you played there. Has he shaped Neftekhimik into the same team?

- Yes. They skate hard and show good commitment. It's clear why they are high in the standings.
