The Datsyuk Arena has opened in Yekaterinburg

In Yekaterinburg on the 19th of August, the Datsyuk Arena has been declared open. Pavel Datsyuk was presented, as well as SKA vice-president Roman Rotenberg, Artemiy Panarin and head of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuyvashev.

SKA forward Pavel Datsyuk:

- We need more such arenas. However, let's not forget that we need to teach our coaches so that they can work with young players successfully. A healthy nation is our future. There is a difficult economical situation in our country right now, but I would still want some more ice rinks. We have to make sure that there are enough coaches to work. I hope that I myself will prepare for seasons here, and train up some young talent.
