CSKA - SKA. Match facts

Six victories against CSKA Moscow in one single KHL regular season is a new club record! Previously, the club was five wins over Dynamo Moscow during the 2022/2023 regular season.

Overall, across 16 KHL campaigns, this is the third occasion when one team has defeated another six times throughout one regular season. Last season, Vityaz Moscow Region managed to beat Sochi on six occasions, while Amur Khabarovsk tallied six wins in 10 matches against Admiral Vladivostok during the same campaign.

SKA have now achieved 300 away wins in the history of the KHL regular season. It took our team 460 matches to reach this landmark.

For the first time in 107 competitive SKA matches, defenseman Artyom Zemchyonok scored a winning goal.

Interestingly, in all of the last 11 consecutive games in which forward Mikhail Vorobyov has netted, SKA have emerged victorious! So far this season, the only match which SKA lost after Vorobyov had registered a goal was against Lokomotiv in Yaroslavl (2:3) on September 8th.

Vorobyov now boasts five goals against CSKA for SKA, with our players winning all of those particular matches. Three of Vorobyov's five markers against CSKA have turned out to be game-winners.
