SKA - CSKA. Game Six

Today on the 5th of April, the sixth game of this KHL Gagarin Cup Western Conference final will take place between SKA and HC CSKA Moscow inside the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace.

Our team has come back from the brink in this series, having brilliantly recovered from a 0:3 deficit to take the series back to 2:3. After losing the two first away games 0:3 and then 2:3 in overtime CSKA won the third 3:1 in Saint Petersburg, and SKA were left with their backs severely up against the wall. The response has been nothing less than brilliant though, as a 4:1 victory in the fourth match at home was followed up by a rousing 6:2 triumph in Moscow. Despite those wins however SKA still have no room left for error at all, and have to win today to take the series back to the Russian capital.

SKA's second line has been on fire in the past two games, with Artemiy Panarin, Yevgeni Dadonov and Vadim Shipachyov picking up an astounding 18 points. Indeed with his brace in the fifth match Yevgeni is now SKA's all time playoff top scorer in one season, as he so far has 11 markers to his name.

We ask all fans attending the game today not to arrive at the arena later than 17.40. There will be a special pre-match performance in which you will all take part, and only together can we defeat our opponents!

The SKA - CSKA match will begin at 18.00 local time inside the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace. 100 TV, KHL TV, KHLTV HD and Rossiya 2 will all broadcast the game live while you can keep up to date with events either by following our matchcentre, or our official twitter account.
