SKA has developed the "Online SKA Coach" application for the players in the off-season

SKA Hockey Club has developed its own mobile application for online training of players. The Online SKA Coach application was the first such project entirely created in Russia.

The application will help organiыe the training process in preparation for the upcoming season, set up targeted communication between the coaching staff and players, and track the progress and implementation of individual plans. This approach will allow the team to prepare for the start of pre-season training camp in the most optimal conditions. Furthermore, the application will be effective for the training process during the recovery and rehabilitation period of individual players during the campaign.

Each player receives his own training plan in the application with a description and number of repetitions of the exercises to be performed. The players follow the program and download reports which are displayed to coaches, and they can also record biometric benchmarks and calories consumed directly in the application. Built-in text and video chats allows them to stay in touch with the coaches and record all the necessary changes without being distracted by unnecessary information.

The coaches have the opportunity to individually adjust players’ plans online, change sets of exercises, track progress and control the training process thanks to video reports..

At the moment, the application is undergoing the final stage of testing before the official release - already in the current off-season, SKA's players will prepare for the first training camp together with the Online SKA Coach application.
