SKA participated in a running event

On July 9, as a part of the Pushkin Run project, the "Saint Petersburg. Ekiden. 42,195/6" race was staged in which more than 200 teams participated. SKA Hockey Club was presented by two teams at once featuring the organisation's management and staff. Executive director Andrei Tochitsky was among the participants.

Ekiden has its origins in 1920, when in Japan this discipline was used to pick athletes to participate in the Olympic marathon. The main emphasis in the race is on teamwork, since the success of all six participants is important for the overall success.

HC SKA thanks the organisers for putting together such a fantastic event!
