Changes to the management of SKA Hockey Club

21 July 2023

The Board of Directors of SKA Hockey Club has taken the decision to make changes to the organisation's management.

HC SKA operates in accordance with the five-year development strategy which includes the most ambitious of targets such as being the KHL leader in terms of sporting results, commercial activities and the effective development of youth ice hockey which will continue to promote ice hockey not only in the North West region, but also across the whole of Russia.

In order to achieve the best sporting results in accordance with the strategy, SKA head coach Roman Rotenberg has signed a five-year contract. This will consequently allow the sporting management system to develop as planned, and for the senior side and other teams of the SKA system to be managed effectively over the course of a long-term period. The latter aspect is a priority for the club.

Dmitry Konstantinov, who previously worked as the club's Financial Director, has been named as the SKA General Director.

Andrei Tochitsky, who previously worked as the club's Executive Director, is leaving HC SKA. The club sincerely thanks Andrei Valeryanovich for his long-term efforts which were undertaken for the benefit of ice hockey in Saint Petersburg and wishes him luck for the future!
