Severstal - SKA. Match facts

Nikolai Polyakov scored his maiden shorthanded goal for the senior SKA team. Furthermore, it also marked his first game-winner in the KHL. Interestingly, so far in the current campaign, half (1+3) of his eight (2+6) points have been tallied in matches against Severstal Cherepovets.

Fellow forward Marat Khairullin has netted eight of SKA's most recent 15 empty-netters. Furthermore, all five of our last markers into the empty net have indeed been scored by Khairullin!

To date, Belarusian forward Vladimir Alistrov is the only player to have scored in both competitive games between SKA and Severstal this season. He has also dished out an assist in each of those two matches as well.
