Roman Cervenka: "Tomorrow it will be a completely different game"

- The team was great on the powerplay today, and it was clear that you have been working hard over this at training.
- If I'm honest, at training it wasn't that great. Today it's good that we scored though, as in the playoffs such moments decide the outcomes of games.
- The visiting coach said that the refereeing decided the match.
- We started well and scored in the second shift - that really pumped us up. They took a lot of penalties, and we scored. I think that the refereeing was good, and tomorrow we must also score.
- There were a lot of fights, despite it being the first playoff match. Why did that happen?
- I don't personally thunk that there were a lot of fights. We simply had to get the opponents away from our goal, they can't stand in front of it.
- Will that continue?
- In the playoffs everyone fights for each meter of ice.
- Usually, during the playoffs after a high scoring game a low scoring one follows. Will there be a lot of goals tomorrow too?
- We all understand that tomorrow it will be a completely different game. We have to rest and morally prepare - that's the main thing.
- Did you hear any rude jeers in your address after conceding three goals?
- No, we ourselves understand our own mistakes. It's hard to keep playing when you're up 6:1, and Torpedo simply took advantage of their chances.
- Why did the team concede in the third period?
- It's hard to say. Probably we wanted to save some energy for the second game. We shouldn't have done that. It's difficult to play when the score is 6:1 and every shift the opponents are shooting on goal, although we still had our own opportunities.
- What can we expect from Torpedo tomorrow?
- They will get pumped up better than today. We should be ready for a different start from them.
