Neftekhimik - SKA. Match day

SKA will complete their three match long away series today with a fixture against HC Neftekhimik in Nizhnekamsk.

Today's opponents don't come into the top category, however that doesn't mean that it will be an easy ride at all. Indeed Neftekhimik have been showing real signs of promise this campaign so far, and sit in a credible seventh place of the Eastern Conference on 27 points (one more than SKA have). This hasn't been a successful road trip for SKA at all, and the team will aim to make amends today after losing to Jokerit 2:3 and Traktor 1:2 away. Ilya Ezhov continues to perform well with a 93.1% saves percentage, and Anton Burdasov still has the most points (17 - 8+9).
