The Wishing Tree at SKA's home match

The fifth season of the Wishing Tree charity event took place in Russia. The organiser of this project is the presidential platform "Russia - the Land of Opportunities". The action is held every year on the eve of the New Year holidays.

Young Ilya Komogortsev from the village of Vershino-Darasunsky in the Trans-Baikal Territory of Russia made a wish to attend one of SKA's home matches in Saint Petersburg.

The bauble with Ilya's dream was taken from the Wishing Tree by Viktor Evtukhov, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

On January 10, Ilya was given a tour of Saint Petersburg on the SKA club bus, before he subsequently attended the game against Spartak Moscow, met FireHorse, spoke to the players and head coach Roman Rotenberg and also received gifts from the club.

In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin also took part in the Wishing Tree project by promising to fulfill the wishes of three children.
