The match against Ak Bars is dedicated to World Cancer Day

SKA Hockey Club's upcoming home match against Ak Bars Kazan in Saint Petersburg as a part of the 2024/2025 KHL regular season will be dedicated to World Cancer Day.

The Bone Marrow Donation Development Centre, the Saint Petersburg Diary publication and the Russian Research Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia will join the #SKAKindness project.

At the game you can join the Federal Register of Bone Marrow Donors, leave gifts for the Boxes of Courage and write good wishes on special cards, all of which will be sent to patients located in oncology departments. Please note that not all toys are suitable to be donated as gifts.

Toys for toddlers such as small animal figurines, dolls, cars, construction sets, small puzzles, plastic eggs with surprises, stickers and children's jewellery can be donated.

Items such as small headphones, keychains, laser torches, anti-stress colouring books, sketchbooks, notebooks and pens with bright designs, spinners, squishies can be donated for teenagers.

Furthermore, drawing and painting kits can be donated for all ages.

Gifts must be new, if possible in individual packaging.

Plush and breakable toys will not be accepted for donation.
