Maxim Karpov: "The main thing is that we scored more goals than the opponent"

- It turned out to be quite a dramatic game.

- Yes, we played really well during the first two periods, but we gave the opponents a chance in the third. Nevertheless, we held on to win.

- What went right, and what went wrong?

- Probably, the main thing is that we scored more than the opponents. We hit the target on the powerplay. At the end of the game, we could have done better when Torpedo had a 5 on 3, but the guys made great blocks and showed plenty of commitment.

- It wasn't a great third period for SKA.

- We took penalties and they scored. However, these things happen, and the main thing is that we won.

- The young players were excellent today.

- We're all happy for them, they're playing and scoring goals. Hopefully, they will continue in the same vein.
