- How would you sum up the KHL regular season's end?

- It didn't finish very well. We are not happy with our position, we wanted to be higher. However this is all in the past, and we will now get ready for the Gagarin Cup playoffs. We know who we are going to play against, interesting games are coming up.

- During the game, were you informed about the other results?

- No, we simply went out to win.

- Will it be nice to play against your former team in the playoffs?

- Lokomotiv are a good team, and are playing great this season. They have shown everyone that they are an excellent club. It will be tough, and it's a new chance to begin with a clean slate.

- Do you remember that matches against Lokomotiv this campaign?

- Both matches were level. At home, we were a bit unlucky. The small details will decide the outcome, and the team which makes less mistakes will win.

- The first period in Riga was even, but SKA conceded a goal right at the end.

- It's hard to describe.

- A lot of fights were seen during proceedings.

- We were losing, we needed to change something. In the playoffs, games will be even more physical. We need to prepare.

- Are the players morally ready for the series with Lokomotiv?

- Yes. Now we will get together, have a talk and get ready for the battle.

- Will it be harder with such a short break?

- We have already had a large rest. Everything's fine.
