The Gagarin Cup final. Game Two

Today on the 13^th of April, the second match of the KHL Gagarin Cup final series will take place between Ak Bars and SKA in Kazan.

The first game was held just two days ago in the Tatarstan capital, as our team made a perfect final debut triumphing 4:2. Despite Ak Bars’ netminder Anders Nilsson already having six shutouts to his name the team weren’t intimidated at all, and were clinical in front of goal scoring four goals from 27 shots on target. Our second line was again at the centre of attention picking up a combined five points, and Mikko Koskinen was solid in net claiming a saves percentage of 93.8%.

We remind you that after today’s match, the series will move to Saint Petersburg where the third and fourth games will be played on the 15^th and 17^th of April respectively.

The Ak Bars – SKA match will begin at 19.30 local time inside the Tatneft Arena, Kazan. 100 TV, KHL TV, KHL TV HD and Rossiya 2 will all broadcast the game live, whereas you can keep up to date with events either by following our matchcentre, or our official twitter account.
