HC SKA interim head coach Sergei Zubov:

- It's hard to win a match when you spend half of it on the penalty kill. We weren't ready for this game. We knew that the opponents would fly forward, but we began only when 0:2 down.

- Does your team have a discipline problem?

- We will look over just what happened today. We will work so that our discipline will be on a completely different level.

- Are you satisfied with the third period?

- In the third frame I witnessed how the team can play. However games are made up of 60 minutes, and we should be ready right from the off.

- Your fourth line received a lot of ice time today.

- They had one shift in the first and second periods, and four in the third. There were a lot of penalties, and we have specific line-ups for special teams.

- How is Dmitry Kalinin's condition?

- He will be able to take part in the next game.

HC Avtomobilist head coach Andrei Razin:

- We began well and went up 2:0. We were facing quality opponents, and the five on three SKA powerplay almost broke our game. We played actively in the second period again, and drew penalties out of the opponents. In the third our movement was as good as their's too. Thanks go to the guys for hanging on the the lead, in recent matches we haven't been able to do this.

- Did you have a special mindset for taking on SKA?

- The stadium was full, and we wanted the players to not get overwhelmed. Our games in Moscow showed us that top clubs don't play great against us. Today I am satisfied with the physical and psychological state of my players.

- Has Eero Elo found his game?

- I haven't learnt Finnish yet, but he is doing better. He has the capabilities to score, everything is just beginning to work.

- Why did Igor Ustinsky play in net?

- It was the coach's decision. I could sit and explain why I made this decision for a long time, but I'd prefer not to.

- SKA had more shots that you in the third period. Were you prepared for this?

- We played to keep the score the same. It's obvious that the losing team will do everything in which to equalise.

- Did you have to motivate your players in a special way to play SKA?

- Our budget is already completed, so no.

- Do you have enough emotions left to play Spartak?

- I hope so. We will work.
