In the club's 450th KHL match it was the 300th victory. 250 of them have been in normal time, 21 in overtime, and a further 29 on penalty shots.

Vadim Shipachyov's goal was his 100th SKA marker, meaning that he now has 101 points (30+71) from 125 SKA appearances.

Vadim is indeed the tenth SKA player to reach that achievement in the KHL, and the third this season alone. On the 19th of September 2014 Ilya Kovalchuk netted his 100th KHL goal, and on the 13th of January this year against HC CSKA Moscow at home Artemiy Panarin also reached the 100 mark.

It was Yevgeni Dadonov's 150 KHL point. He has played a combined total of 229 games for Traktor Chelyabinsk, Donbass Donetsk and SKA, and he now has 152 points (75+77).

The previous occasion when SKA lost three games in a row against CSKA was back in the 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 campaigns. Interestingly, CSKA's then head coach was Vyacheslav Bykov.
