SKA - CSKA. Game Three

The KHL Gagarin Cup Western Conference final between SKA and HC CSKA Moscow now moves back to Saint Petersburg, where our team will look to gain a foothold in the series.

It wasn't a particularly successful trip for SKA in Moscow, as our team emerged from the Russian capital with nothing to shows for their efforts. CSKA were the more clinical in the first match winning 3:0, while the second was an amazing battle that went down to the wire. Despite leading twice during normal time SKA were pegged back by their hosts, and eventually in the third period of overtime Roman Lyubimov handed CSKA all the spoils. Head coach Vyacheslav Bykov was impressed by the team's performance though, and he will be hoping for a different result this time around at home.

Artemiy Panarin is currently SKA's top scorer in the series with two points (1+1), while Roman Lyubimov has five points for CSKA (3+2).

This will be the first match of the series in Saint Petersburg, and we're sure that everyone has been waiting for this game for a long time. We ask all fans attending not to arrive to the arena later than 19.10, as there will be a special pre-game show. There will also be special shirts on each and every seat, and please, put them on to make it an intimidating atmosphere for our dangerous opponents. With your support we will be able to defeat CSKA!

The SKA - CSKA match will begin at 19.30 local time inside the Saint Petersburg Ice Palace. 100 TV, KHL TV, KHL TV HD and Rossiya 2 will all broadcast the game live, while you can keep up to date with events by following either our matchcentre, or our official twitter account.
