SKA - Medvescak. Match facts

2 February 2015

For the first time ever in the Russian championships and the KHL, SKA have scored five goals against the same opponents in every game. Back in the USSR championship SKA hit the net five times or more in every game against four different teams, with the last of those runs coming against Dinamo Riga in the 1981/1982 season.

Maxim Chudinov is now the third top scoring SKA defenceman in the KHL with 47 points (14+33). First is Dmitry Kalinin on 119 (41+58), and Kevin Dallman is in second with 69 points (26+43).

It was Ilya Kablukov's 450th Russian championship appearance, and so far he has exactly 100 points (32+68).

Yevgeni Dadonov, Vadim Shipachyov and Artemiy Panarin all have eight points against Medvescak this campaign (3+5).

Jimmie Ericsson's goal was the 500th scored by a foreign player for SKA. 434 of them belong to forwards, with the remaining 66 coming from defencemen. Swedish players have the most - 112, following by the Czech Republic with 112, and Canada are third on 108. Norwegian forward Patrick Thoresen has scored 73 goals, while Finn Teemu Ramstedt hit the net three times. The overall top three foreign top scorers are Tony Martensson with 82, Patrick is second with his 73, and in third is Mathias Weinhandl on 41 markers. We remind you that the first foreign goal was scored by Joakim Musakka on the 8th of October 1997 in a 2:0 home victory against CSKA Moscow.
