- It was a good match and a good victory. We played in attack for a long time making passing plays and putting together combination plays. I hope that all of our long-term fans or new supporters enjoyed it.

- SKA's biggest victory over Dinamo Riga is 8:1. Why couldn't you beat that record?

- We tried our best. The opponents don't want to concede goals, and we did what we could.

- Dinamo Riga started the match in a great manner. What happened after that?

- I think that we are in good form now. We moved well, made quick passes, and we have solid mutual understanding. The opponents found it hard to keep up with us and we unleased shots on goal when moving into the attacking zone.

- As a result of CSKA Moscow losing to Barys, SKA are now in first place of the 2018/2019 KHL regular season.

- To be honest, I don't look at the standings. It's not so important if we are first or second. The playoffs are the most important games.

- Do you believe in the curse of the Kontinental Cup winners not winning the Gagarin Cup?

- If we win the KHL regular season, then no, I won't believe in it.

- Was the second goal the easiest of your career?

- No, other goals where I was simply given the empty net to aim at were easier. I simply didn't to miss the target.
