Patrik Hersley: "It's great to play in this atmosphere"

- Share your emotions from this match.

- It was a good game for us, but it was tough too. CSKA skate hard, they're difficult to play against and they are physical. We had a good start with two goals in the first period, and we played for the right result.

- Was it important for you personally to score your first goal in this season?

- No. Maybe in ten years time it will be fun, but the most important thing is that we score goals and win games.

- Did you feel the atmosphere of the SKA versus CSKA rivalry?

- I don't know, it's hard for me to say. I haven't played in a lot of derby matches. The atmosphere was great, it helped us and made it fun to play. Hopefully, the fans enjoyed it too.

- Why did you choose to lift the KHL Opening Cup?

- I don't know, we didn't talk about it. I didn't even know what cup it was.

- Did Ilya Kovalchuk's early hit add emotions to the game?

- It's great to see one of our team's best players show the way. He's ready to play hard and he wants to win the cup again this year.
