Our fourth goal tallied by forward Mikhail Vorobyov was SKA's 700th against Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod across 210 games between the two organisations in the history of the domestic championship. As a consequence, Torpedo have become the first club to concede a minimum of 700 markers against SKA.
From 483 home games in the history of the KHL regular season, SKA have achieved 350 victories. No other team is yet to achieve this feat.
This was the 13th occasion across 17 KHL seasons when SKA managed to recover from a three-goal deficit. Furthermore, our players only required 4 minutes and 39 seconds to get back on level terms from three goals down, a new club record!
Forward Marat Khairullin now boasts 150 (68+82) points from 169 competitive SKA appearances.
Fellow forward Ivan Demidov netted his maiden KHL winning goal. At the age of 19 years and 9 days, he has indeed become the youngest SKA player to score a game-winner in the league!
This marked the second time in the current campaign when forward Evgeny Kuznetsov dished out four assists in one single game. He is the third SKA player to achieve this in the KHL, following in the footsteps of Vadim Shipachyov (2016/2017 season) and Nikita Gusev (2018/2019 season).
